Terms of Service

By accessing or using STL Toolkit tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our tools.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of STL Toolkit. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of our tools constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use STL Toolkit. If you are under 13, you may only use our tools with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use STL Toolkit for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may use STL Toolkit for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Use STL Toolkit for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of STL Toolkit
• Interfere with or disrupt STL Toolkit or servers connected to STL Toolkit
• Use automated systems to access STL Toolkit without our written permission
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

These terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

STL Toolkit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by STL Toolkit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to any files you upload or process using STL Toolkit. We claim no ownership over your 3D models, images, or other content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of STL Toolkit or its content without our express written permission.

No Warranty: STL Toolkit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall STL Toolkit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate tools, but we do not warrant that STL Toolkit will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

3D Printing: STL Toolkit is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of 3D printed objects created using files processed with our tools.

We may terminate or suspend your access to STL Toolkit immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use STL Toolkit will cease immediately. You may stop using STL Toolkit at any time.

All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of STL Toolkit shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to use STL Toolkit after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use STL Toolkit.
